Who we are.

Nittany Mountain Biking Association (NMBA) is a non-profit organization for mountain bike enthusiasts organized to promote, protect and preserve mountain biking trails in the Centre County, Pennsylvania, region.

What we do.

Currently, NMBA maintains over 100 miles of mountain bike trails, located in Rothrock State Forest, and are enthusiastically working with DCNR on several future projects. NMBA organizes and hosts weekly beginner rides, women’s rides and advanced rides for its members.

Where we do it.

The beginner rides leave primarily from the Galbraith Gap Lot, behind the base of Tussey Mountain, which is located in Rothrock State Forest, a few miles outside of State College, Pennsylvania, the home of Penn State University.
