Donations to IMBA funds and programs are separate from IMBA membership dues. Membership sustains IMBA, donations are the lifeblood that funds our growth. Below are IMBA's major fundraising promotions in the U.S. each year:
- Annual Fund: Funds IMBA's overall annual initiatives and events such as: regional MTB summits, Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day and advanced educational trainings for IMBA chapter leaders
- Trail Access Fund: Protects access to mountain bike trails by supporting IMBA's professional advocacy and policy efforts
- Trail Building Fund: Funds trail building and maintenance efforts: Each year, certain IMBA chapters are chosen to receive Trail Building Fund resources to support their trail projects with professional trail builder assistance
