The Buckhorn Trail in the Los Padres National Forest was once an IMBA EPIC trail. However, since multiple forest fires and heavy rains destroyed its tread in 2007, the trail has not been usable. Sage Trail Alliance, in partnership with the US Forest Service, is working to restore this trail.
Funds raised will go directly to professional labor and new tools, as well as materials for retaining walls and bridges.
