Congressional and Senate Bike Caucuses
The League of American Bicyclists started the Congressional Bike Caucus and the Senate Bike Caucus three years ago. Congress has many different caucuses - bi-partisan groups that have joined together to support a particular issue. There are dozens if not hundreds of caucuses such as the Hispanic Caucus, the Internet Caucus, the Women's Caucus, the Human Right's Caucus, and so on.
So far there are 118 members of the Congressional Bike Caucus and 11 members of the Senate Bike Caucus. Scan the list to see if you members are listed. If they are already members, make sure to thank them for being a member and for their support of bike issues. If they aren't listed you can always ask them to join.
