Travel & Lodging

FLY: The closest major airport is Denver International Airport. From there you can take a shuttle or rent a car. The drive is about 3.5 hours from Denver. You don't need to bring your own bike to the summit but if you do, check out IMBA supporter Bike Flights for the best deals to transport your rig.

You can also fly directly into Steamboat Springs from Houston or Denver via one of two daily flights on United Express. The Steamboat/Hayden airport is located 30 minutes from downtown. Click here for schedule and booking info.

DRIVE: Get that Subaru you've always dreamed of through our VIP discount program, throw a rack on it, and plan your adventure.

RIDE: If you've ever wanted to ride across the country, here's your chance! Check out routes from our friends at the Adventure Cycling Association.

The IMBA World Summit will be co-hosted by our two lodging partners — the Sheraton Steamboat Resort and the Steamboat Grand. Thursday's sessions will be held at the Grand, while Friday's sessions will take place at the Sheraton. The two hotels are directly across the street from each other, so you can stay in either one. Both hotels are offering reduced, IMBA-specific conference rates for those that book early.
