IMBA Clubs

Club Website About:

Trails now, trails for the future is the motto of the Miami Valley Mountain Bike Association (MVMBA). We foster the sport of mountain biking by building and maintaining trails in the Miami Valley, serving as trail advocates, and sponsoring mountain bike rides and activities. MVMBA is a chapter of the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA). We have built and maintain 12 miles of trail at John Bryan State Park outside Yellow Springs, Ohio and have assisted in the building and support trail days at Metro Parks Off-Road Mountain Bike Area (MoMBA) in Dayton, Ohio. MVMBA holds classes for beginner riders, leads trail trips for organizations such as the Boy Scouts and conducts weekly rides for the public. MVMBA also supports the Park by hosting races and events throughout the year in conjunction with the Friends of John Bryan. Our efforts have resulted in the construction of a gazebo for the use of the general public and the construction of a changing room for cyclists and visitors to the park.
