Teaming For Trails

IMBA, with support from REI, introduces "Teaming for Trails" a national initiative to engage individuals, families and entire communities in volunteerism through the IMBA network. Last year, the dedicated volunteers in IMBA's chapters, clubs and patrols logged more than 700,000 service hours. The new program will expand on that success by offering new resources for our affiliate network. With REI's support, IMBA will rally communities to build and maintain thousands additional trail miles for mountain bikers and other trail enthusiasts to enjoy.

REI is a proud supporter of IMBA in our shared value of outdoor stewardship. They share their trail building expertise, increase capacity & competency in local nonprofit organizations, and engage entire communities from San Francisco to New York City in active, outdoor stewardship. The state of our nation’s trails are significantly better because of the time, dedication and passion that the IMBA network puts into them, and we all benefit from their work.
