(Boulder, Colo. May 18, 2017) The Niner/IMBA bike giveaway closed on May 5, and the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) and Niner Bikes are pleased to announce the winners of the 2017 bicycles and frames. Winners were selected by a random drawing.

Three IMBA supporters won complete Jet 9 RDO Niner/IMBA bikes with a 5-star build:

  • John Bachman of Michigan
  • Sam Whitley of Ohio
  • Parke Randall of Missouri

Six IMBA supporters won Jet 9 RDO Niner/IMBA frames:

  • Sarah Zydzik of Wisconsin
  • Michael Lynch of Colorado
  • Toby Akin of Georgia
  • Waren McIntosh of Australia
  • Kevin Jacks of Montana
  • Matthew Dean of Pennsylvania

IMBA and Niner will be keeping in touch with these lucky mountain bikers as they receive their bikes to see where their new rides take them.

For the last seven years, Niner Bikes has supported IMBA by designing custom Niner/IMBA bikes for auction. This year Niner partnered with IMBA to kick off IMBA’s Spring Membership Drive at the Sea Otter Classic with the Niner/IMBA bikes, running the bike giveaway for the first two weeks of the three-month drive. During that two weeks, IMBA set a new April membership record and a new single-day membership record. The membership drive continues to run through June 30 at win.imba.com with more partner giveaways.
