Join IMBA in Support of Washington Wilderness Coalition’s Alpine Lakes Wilderness

Public Lands Initiative Campaign

Washington Wilderness Coalition has proposed an expansion to the Alpine Lakes Wilderness designated in 1976. The expansion will extend Wilderness protection to low elevation, old growth forests in the backyard of the Seattle area. This small expansion does not threaten access to any mountain bike trails and is a great opportunity for IMBA to support land protection that benefits other forms of outdoor recreation. Alpine Lakes is a favorite destination for hunting, fishing, kayaking and hiking.
