IMBA can help take the burden of membership management off your organization’s plate, freeing up time and resources needed to create more trails and trail opportunities in your community.
Included in IMBA Membership Acquisition and Retention Services is access to a dashboard tailored to your organization that includes graphs and data related to your membership numbers and dollars, email communication tools for the entire membership lifecycle and for general communication with your contact database, tools for mountain bikers and others to sign up for updates from your organization, management of your org’s officers and a host of other tools. Also, your organization will be able to participate in two yearly membership drives with incentives from industry partners and marketing materials to help build your membership numbers.
The cost to utilize this robust membership management service is a flat fee of $15 per member per year ($12 per member per year for orgs participating in Regional coalitions). This fee covers the cost of third-party database development assistance, development of membership drive incentives and assets, IMBA staff dedicated to membership customer service including negotiating member benefits.
