Why should I create a login account?
Your login account allows you to: check your membership status, view past contributions, update your contact data, customize how IMBA communicates with you, get your membership ID#.
How do I login?
Your email is your account key and your identifier. Create a login with the email we have on file for you to be able to access your record. Check your lastest IMBA email, renewal reminder, or eNewsletter to see what email we have on file for you so you reach the correct record.

- If you have lost your password you can Recover Your Password.
How long does it take to get my membership package?
You will receive a membership package including your membership card, stickers, and member handbook in 4-6 weeks.
How do I take advantage of the Subaru VIP Partners Program?

How do I change my contact information?
To change any type of contact information, login to your IMBA account or register for an account here. Click on "edit account" at the top right corner. Here you can edit all your contact information, Chapter preference, and communication preferences.

I donated to an IMBA Fund, does that mean I am a member?
Donations to IMBA's Funds, such as the Annual Fund, the Trail Access Fund, and the Trailbuilding Fund, are separate from your IMBA membership. Your membership dues finance IMBA's day-to-day operations. Donations to our Funds help us grow mountain biking, develop programs, and build new trails.
How do I login to my Club's account?
Only the primary contact will have access to your club account. First, login to your individual account and go to "Edit Account" on the top right corner of the page. Then scroll down to "Related Organizations". From there you can edit your Club's contact information and communication preferences. You will also be able to view the Club's membership and contribution details through the "dashboard".
