Adam Coppola

On January 1, 2013, I began my role as the Northeast Regional Director for IMBA. I can’t tell you how excited I am to start a career focused on improving mountain bike experiences in the Northeast.  I have recently moved to Windham, NY in the Catskills.  My Region will cover New York, Vermont, New Jersey, and Connecticut (home state).

My professional background in bike advocacy and mountain biking is relatively brief, but in just a few years I have discovered an incredible passion for advocacy and riding trails.

I have worked as a commercial bicycle photographer for my start-up business, Coppola Photography. I spent 2011 bike touring through all 50 states with my wife (Give A Bike: 50 State Tour) in support of SRAM’s World Bicycle Relief and Achilles International’s Freedom Team of Wounded Veterans, and had the opportunity this past year to work with Bikes Belong as an event manager. I am excited to further my career as a bicycle advocate by working closely with IMBA chapters and members in the Northeast. I couldn’t be more proud that my professional goals are to create, enhance and preserve great mountain biking experiences in the Northeast.
