  • Led over 75 trail building schools in 25 States and four Canadian Provinces focusing on sustainable natural surface trail building design, construction, and maintenance techniques for shared- and single-use trails
  • Led three advance trail building schools for public land managers on "Maximizing the Mountain Bike Experience"
  • Invited presenter at National Trails Symposium, Western Trailbuilder's Association annual conference, and Midwest Mountain Bike Summit

Hardwood Hills Cross Country Ski & Mountain Bike Centre, ON - 2000-2002

  • Course design and organization for Ontario Cup, 24-Hour Race, Ontario Provincial Cycling Championships, and Canada Cup Downhill Mountain Bike Series races
  • Instructor of beginner to advanced level men's and women's mountain bike skills clinics, Parents and Kids Dirt Camp, and Bicycle Maintenance seminars

Kelso Conservation Area, Milton, ON - 1998-2002

  • Mountain Bike and Trails Coordinator responsible for trail design and construction, brochure and trail map design, and event coordination
  • Manager of trail maintenance staff, community volunteer projects, fund raising, and public relations

  • Crop Science Technician responsible for collection and quality assurance-quality control of pollen samples and cross-pollination of various species for on-going scientific research
