Mike and Jan Help Open A New Track In Landgraff, Netherlands

October 1998

We are currently in Landgraff. Today we were invited to open a new piece of singletrack here. They have a special ceremony where they place paper covered with mountain bike related drawing across the new trail and have someone ride through it. We were given the honor while the press photographs it for the newspapers and magazines. The weather is quite cold here (5 deg. C) and rainy. Even with the bad weather we had over 30 people show up for a hard day of trail work and the trail opening.
