- Wildlands Center for Preventing Roads focuses on the impacts of roads and off road vehicles on backcountry resources. They have posted on article raising questions about bikes, but so far haven't confused trail impacts with roads or bike impacts with motors.
- Campaign For America's Wilderness
- The Campaign for America's Wilderness tracks and supports state Wilderness campaigns. You can sign up to be kept informed of Wilderness activities and pending legislation.
- Wild Alliance is an organization of businesses for Wild California. Right now, they're supporting Senator Boxer's proposed California Wilderness bill. Businesses, Chambers of Commerce, tourism Councils need to be shown the value of mountain bike recreation as we protect our wild places.
- Outdoor Industry Association
- This group of outdoor businesses has generally supported Wilderness designation. Mountain bicyclists and the bike industry need to show them that bike access is important too

- This is the Outdoor Industry Association's Wilderness support project. They claim to be interested in diverse preservation solutions, not just Wilderness.
