Summary:
The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) is the national governing body for high school mountain biking in the United States. NICA has helped to establish leagues in Southern California and Colorado and is working on the development on new leagues in Washington, Texas and Wisconsin. Wondering what state will be next? What it takes to get a new league going? This session will provide an overview of the league development process, from establishing a founding committee to completing a full season of dynamic racing and programming.
