Members of the cycling industry converged upon the fabulous Orleans Casino bowling center to knock 'em back while knocking 'em down at the 7th Annual Kona Buck A Bowl Fun Raiser. This year's event benefits the Kona/IMBA Freeriding Grant Program. The event will started with the traditional ³First Strike for IMBA²: Kona's co-flounders, Dan and Jake pledged $100 for every strike thrown on the first ball of the evening.

Three Ways to Help Raise Money for IMBA and Mountain Biking
1. Lower Your Phone Bill
Mountain bikers can lower their phone bills and by taking advantage of a partnership between IMBA and Telphonic Communications. 2. Get Some New Rubber
IMBA members can take advantage of a special deal on a new set of tires from Kenda. The Kenda Klaw XT is an aggressive knobby tire for technical crosscountry and loose-condition riding. It features a folding bead and wide-spaced knobs and is emblazoned with the IMBA Long Live Long Rides logo. For every tire sold, Kenda is donating $2 to IMBA. 3. Get Some New Threads
"The Thread" is a new section of Pearl Izumi's website that features a line of limited edition casual clothing. The Thread is also an advocacy support program that gives back to nonprofit organizations like IMBA. Simply visit The Thread section of Pearl Izumi's website (pearlizumi.com/thread), purchase an item or two and designate IMBA as your beneficiary. IMBA will receive a 20% donation from your total sale.
