Pennsylvania's Rattling Creek Rattlers are throwing a fundraiser bash Sept. 7-9 that will combine riding, beer, music, and advocacy all in one convenient location - all for $20. Want in? Register online at www.patrails.com.

New York's Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club has partnered with Moreau Lakes State Park officials in South Glens Falls to help develop and maintain trails in Spiers Falls. All parties agree that any new trails will be technical singletrack. More info

The Jersey Off Road Bicycle Association has a new new executive director, Brendan Poh. Email: . JORBA is helping riders in neighboring Pennsylvania to establish a 100-mile mountain bike trail in Thiadaghton State Forest - a project that has the support of the PA Department of Conservation and the Bureau of Forestry.

Southern New Hampshire has a new NEMBA chapter located in the Nashua area called South Central NH NEMBA, and the advocates have hit the ground running by building bridges (figuratively and literally) with other trail groups in the area.

In the Boston-area, Greater Boston NEMBA has aligned a new trail in Lynn Woods to connect the recently severed Bow Ridge Trail, the area's most technical and coveted trail.

Subaru/IMBA's Trail Care Crew #3 have covered a lot of ground in New England this spring and summer, teaching at a number of trailbuilding schools and working on dozens of trails in Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.
