The Portland United Mountain Pedalers (www.pumpclub.org) are still fighting to keep 4,000-acre Forest Park open to bikes. Rodney O'Dell and others are working with the Friends of Forest Park to ensure that mountain biker interests are considered in the management of this popular city park, which is one of the largest in the U.S.
