Trail Tune-Up grant application deadlines

Clubs are reminded to apply for $500 Trail Tune-Up grants for projects that will preserve and improve trail access for mountain bike competition, training, and mountain bike riding. Projects that create, maintain, or restore trails used (at least partially) for mountain bike racing will receive top consideration for grant awards.

NORBA members fund trail Tune-Up through an optional land access check box on NORBA license registration and renewal forms. Trail Tune-Up is administered through a joint partnership between IMBA and NORBA.

Grant application deadlines:

Round 1) Four $500 grants already awarded. See March, 99, ITN.

Round 2) Three $500 grants. Application deadline: 6/10. Grants awarded 7/10.

Round 3) Three $500 grants. Application deadline: 8/10. Grants awarded 9/10 (at Interbike, Las Vegas).

Round 4) Three $500 grants. Application deadline: 10/10. Grants awarded 11/10.
