Boulder-based Desrosiers Advertising is working on a variety of advertising and marketing projects designed to increase IMBA's membership and encourage responsible riding and volunteer trailwork. Led by long-time IMBA supporter and mountain bike racer Paul Desrosiers, the agency created the new "A picture is worth a thousand words" ad that has been running in national cycling magazines. Desrosiers also developed a point-of-purchase IMBA/local club membership display for bicycle retailers; designed new IMBA stickers, a 10th anniversary T-shirt and an insulated mug; established an official IMBA color scheme, and produced invitations for a 10th anniversary open house that was recently held at IMBA's headquarters.
