There are just a few days left to register online for the annual Buck-a-Bowl FunRaiser event at Interbike. After Sept. 24, you'll have to track down Kona's in the Kona booth at the show.

The Kona/IMBA Buck-a-Bowl FunRaiser returns for its tenth year on Thursday, Sept. 27, at the Orleans Casino's 70 lane Bowling Center in Las Vegas, with all proceeds benefiting the Kona-IMBA FunRaising Action Team (FAT) to roll the Kona "Bowl Your Own" fundraisers out to IMBA clubs from coast to coast.

This year, tropical breezes have blown in inspiration for the first ever Bowling Luau. Sport your traditional lei, grass skirt or sarong (it's so right) or define the new traditional Bowling Luau attire. There will be a DJ rocking the halls, umbrella drink specials, and -- as always -- copious cheap beer. BYO Poi.

In its decade of glamour, the Buck-a-Bowl has become a fixture on the Interbike social calendar and key fundraiser for the Kona-IMBA/Freeride Grant Program. The event has become a favorite place for manufacturers, dealers and media of the cycling industry to mingle outside of the normal business atmosphere.

Check-in for lane assignments and bowling shoe fitting will begin at 8:30 p.m., and the traditional First Strike for IMBA will occur sometime after 9 p.m.

The cost is $150 per lane for the evening. We recomend one four-persn team per lane. Register early, as the fundraiser has a history of selling out. One Ticket = One Lane = Tons O' Fun
