The IMBA Wild Ride at Condor Peak is an intermediate to advanced level ride that takes most riders three to five hours to complete. The event is free of charge and IMBA will be giving away prizes.
Meet at 8:00 a.m. sharp on June 21. The trailhead is above the community of Sunland on Big Tujunga Canyon Road, eight miles north of the intersection with Oro Vista Road. Take the 210 Freeway towards the Sunland/Tujunga area, which is between Pasadena and the San Fernando Valley. Exit at Sunland Blvd. Go east one mile. Turn left at Oro Vista (last stop for food, water, and gas). Go north one mile, then follow to the right onto Big Tujunga Canyon Road. Go eight miles to the Condor Peak Trailhead. Parking is limited so please carpool if possible.
